Serenity Now's home, on an 11-acre condo complex campus, is nestled among residential neighborhoods on the ocean side of Route 17 in North Myrtle beach. The grounds offer a peaceful retreat from the hustle bustle of Myrtle's myriad of shops, stores, entertainment, golf courses and restaurants. The campus has a pool (open May 1st to October 31st), tennis courts, shuffle board and plenty of room for strolling or biking. Even the beach, just 9/10th of a mile from the condo, is serene, being on a mile-long stretch of ocean lined with multi-million dollar homes and zoned to prohibit high rises.
The 1,100 square foot unit has all the comforts of home. Downstairs features a large family room with plenty of seating and a TV with cable and VCR. The galley kitchen is clean and well equipped. The dining area seats 6. The screened in porch has a walk-in utility room with washer/dryer. A powder room adjoins the family room.
Upstairs, the two private bedrooms each have their own full bathroom. The unit sleeps 7: a king, two twins, a rollaway single, and a double sleeper sofa. The deck off the master bedroom overlooks a palm-tree studded backyard, with a dormant golf course beyond.
Bring your own sheets, towels, dish towels and paper products. No smoking, and no pets. The complex prohibits motorcycles, RVs, campers, trailers and boats.
